25 grind settings

Precise dosing is achieved through an integrated conical burr grinder with 25 adjustable grind settings. The dose is accurately computed using the previous grind, guaranteeing readiness for subsequent use.

Tamping made easy

The Barista Express Impress™ by Breville offers assisted tamping, with a consistent 22lbs pressure applied to your dose. This process is finished off with a 7° barista twist for a refined and polished puck.

Intelligent dosing system

The intelligent dose system precisely measures and adjusts your dose to ensure the perfect amount every time, automatically correcting for slight variations in quantities. This feature remembers your previous dose and tamp outcome, providing a consistent and accurate brewing experience.

Professional Portafilter

Utilizing a professional 54mm stainless steel portafilter, the perfect 18g of freshly ground beans are used to create a full-bodied coffee with rich and complex flavors through the use of dual and single wall filters.

Low pressure pre-infusion + high pressure extraction

A luxurious, smooth, and golden-brown espresso is created by first performing a low pressure pre-infusion, followed by a high pressure (9 bar) extraction process using our 15 bar Italian pump.

Thermocoil heating system
